We absolutely loved our last cruise. It was our favorite of all. The Sea Princess was the smallest ship we ever sailed, we had the smallest cabin with the largest bathroom ever. We love the new bed comforter, mattress, pillows and sheets. The service on board was great. The Italian Captain was my favorite. He always updated us on what was going on out at sea and on board. I have booked our January 2009 cruise through Smartcruiser, and after I bought the cruise, a lower price was availabe, and they got it for me. Had to pay a $35 charge to rebook, but still saved money. Then just last week new bookings were available with a cabin credit, and they got if for us. Have booked several cruises online and have been very happy.

Will Definitely Book Our Next Cruise With Them – Holland America – Volendam

Returned from 14 day cruise on HAL Volendam to and from Sydney, Australia three days ago. The cruise was booked through smartcruiser. We are Australians living in Sydney, are a family of four (children 17 & 15) and we booked two cabins. We received our $150 cruise credit for each cabin and all the other bonus offers. Without any request or being told, we were upgraded from obstructed ocean views to two verandah cabins. The price was excellent and several thousand dollars cheaper than we could have booked through any Australian travel agent. Great Price And Efficient Staff

I have booked with smartercruiser quite a few times. I deal with the same guy there and do everything via email, then if i do ever have any queries it is down on email. I find them to be very good, quick in replying to any queries etc that i have. They offer fantastic prices and sometimes extra offers like on board credit etc. I will always use smartercruiser for as long as they remain so competitive. I was very dubious when i first used them but this was unfounded. Great price and efficient staff.
